Very efficient and very systematic clinic. I really like going here. You get your test and U/S done, afer about 10 minutes or so the nurse willsee you to discuss the result annd the next step.

The majority of these negative reviews are WAY OFF. My visit was nothing but pleasant from the moment I walked in. Clean, bright and welcoming. Receptionist was courteous and friendly, waited maybe 5 minutes before I was called in to see the doctor. My doctor was absolutely wonderful. A breath of fresh air. She listened, asked questions and made me feel heard and at ease that there are steps to address my issues. She gave me options, her suggestions and a 3 month plan that we can revisit and reevaluate if need be. I left the office feeling positive about my treatment plan. A welcomed change to the usual blow off and conveyor belt style of medicine most of us are used to. You won't find that here. Be at ease when referred here, pay no mind to the negative reviews.

This clinic is a hoax!!! I had gone to this clinic for over a year and it was a horrible experience. All they want to do is make money out of you. I had been through a very similar experience that "The Beauty Hustler" mentioned in their review. Please avoid this place at all costs; they cannot do cycle monitoring appropriately let alone any other procedures. Go somewhere where the care provider is invested in your health and well-being because this place isn't. Migahead should be reported and be investigated for ill-doings. Gladly found myself a doctor and a clinic where they are invested in my well-being, are empathetic to my journey, and doing all the investigative work prior to arriving at any conclusions unlike Migahead who is never available for her patients, puts you on all sorts of medications without even doing any investigative work. She is such a shame to medical profession!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have been coming here for almost two years now. Done multiple rounds (6) of IUI and still have not got a positive result. They can’t figure out why, just pushing to IVF. They treat their patients as an assembly line, have no compassion, withhold information, (unless they feel you “need” to know) all nurses give different information and you don’t know what is accurate. My husband and I have spent around $10,000 here and have only spoke to the doctor twice, never met her. wait time to speak with her is always six months plus. When you express your concerns they give you an email to write where nobody responds. I’m at the point I’m considering other fertility centres. All reviews speak of the atmosphere, I’ve yet to read any with a positive experience or positive test result. The reception staff is the only pleasant thing about this place.

So disorganized, they don’t answer emails, even though they say it’s however you feel comfortable to book it. Their payment systems were down and forced us to give payment on the phone to a number we don’t know. And appointments are a joke. 11 appointment time ends up being 11:40-50 easily. And they don’t know where people are supposed to go between the two rooms here.
