Dr Faruqi, this message is for you. You are a great doctor. Your welcoming process was very comforting. You communicate well with your patients. You gave great beliefs to my wife and you’ve tried many times to find a solution. But now you’ve stopped everything and stopped communicating with us. Emails go unreplied. Phone calls unanswered sounds like you gave up with no explanation. Your gate keepers are saying it’s due to Quebec but I believe it is your office assistants your gate keepers. They are very rude with the public and don’t communicate well. They are not honest and they often keep us away from you. Despite the great service you personally give us. They however do the opposite. I doubt that half of our emails even end up on your desk. Due to the incompetence of your front desk staff. Hopefully we will be able to continue our services with you in the future with better staff. You are way to good to have that kind of staff backing you. They bring down your service terribly. Especially the blond hair lady. The one that seems in charge at the front desk.

We had a wonderful experience with this clinic for our first baby. Dr. Faruqi and his team were so wonderful and we stuck with them throughout our pregnancy. I am an older FTM so Dr. Faruqi told us that as soon as we wanted to start the process for our second that we should contact him. UPDATE: We did and we were turned away! The receptionist and/or nurse told me that unless I wanted to go straight to IVF that they couldn't help me. What a joke. So much for everything that they said. Luckily we have found help elsewhere. Disappointing!

My first visit was amazing. I have been to many clinics and either the secretary was too stressed out or avoidant to the patients. Dr. Faruqi was competent and straight forward. I got a last minute appointment which is rare in most clinics. Thank you to the staff for their service as well as the nurse and tech. I did not give it a 4 stars as I am a new but so far so good. Keep it up guys!

As other have mentioned, it is impossible to get an appointment. Dr Tiao referred me to this clinic from another one he works at and said they would call with an appointment for me. They never did this. They do not respond to emails. I called today and the receptionist hung up on me and would not answer further calls. Very unprofessional and stressful to deal with. Do not waste your time here.

Doctor Faruqui is a really good doctor. You feel in good hands from the first appoitment. The clinique staff is great. However the communication between clinic and patient is not good. Nobody answers the phone and the email communication is not fast or sometimes null.

Initial appointment was fine then we did 1500$ of test and they wen't completly silent on us. Tried multiple times to book a follow-up appointment. Called them. Worse service I've ever come across in the medical field. Keep away. Possible scam people or at the very least in the same class as them.

It's Simple!! the reception realize that you have confirmed booked appointment at 12:00 PM. At 12:45 they are keep telling you that you are the next one while many other late people keep going and coming out. At 01:05 they put you in very small room beside garbage basket , then one person showing up to tell you'' well in spite of you are not on the doctor list for today , but he will try to help you , otherwise you are not going the meet the doctor today''. when I refused that and told him I prefer to see the doctor based on the appointment I have , he will tell you simply , ''okay please wait for the manager!! the manager showed up to tell you this is the doctor that you have to see and she doesn't know why he told all these things!! then you will ask to rebook appointment in another day to come and maybe again you will find yourself loosing another two hours at the same loop. by the way , there is on positive thing in this place which is( you are going to test you patience in dealing with people they doesn't know what they are doing...….)

I was referred to this clinic by my family doctor. If you get an appointment at this clinic be prepared to wait 2-3 hours before seeing a nurse or doctor. The radiologist and doctors are very professionals and will take the time to answer your questions however I do have to say that I always have a battle with their receptionist in booking my next appointment, even when the doctor includes the note in my file. Very frustrating, especially that each visit is costly which I have no problem paying but please stop frustrating your patients by not giving them appointment and keep referring them to hospital. If I was referred to a private clinic it's because I don't want to go to the hospital and pay to go private.

I was living in Canada on a temporary work visa and planned to leave the country in a couple of months when my partner and I suddenly had to deal with a surprise pregnancy. I talked to a dozen clinics, none of which would even admit me as a patient because all I had was a travel insurance. I was already three months along and started to panic because I didn't even know if the kid had a heartbeat. After I started crying in a pharmacy the pharmacist comforted me listened to my story and then led me to Gynesis and introduced me to Dr. Faruqi. He took me on as a patient, reassured me that my baby was fine and did my regular pregnancy check ups until it was time for me to travel home and go back to my own OB GYN. A couple of months later I gave birth to a healthy and happy son. I will forever be grateful to the whole team of Gynesis who provided me with excellent medical care and, maybe more importantly, true compassion at a time in my life when I really needed it. They were willing to deal with the bureaucratic hurdles my temporary resident status posed instead of just making their life easier by turning me away like all the other clinics had done.

The service we got from this place is horrible, terrifying!!! If you have an appointment, don't come on time, otherwise you need to wait at least one hour - if you are lucky! And what after all - you can meet the doctor for just 5 minutes since he is very very busy! Is this all? No! They are very good at using ultrasound machine - you might be totally confused with different results in consecutive procedures.

Ils m'ont informé qu'il n'acceptent pas de nouvelles patientes après une semaine d'attente et relance. J'étais obligée daller voir un autre gynécologue compétent et pro. Sachez avec qui vous faîtes affaire c'est quand même votre santé et la vie de votre bébé

L'attente est longue, mais elle vaut la peine. Dr. Faruky a pris la peine de m'écouter, de tout m'expliquer et de répondre a toutes mes questions. Je suis moi-même une professionnelle de la santé et j'ai bien apprécié son approche. Les secrétaires et les infirmières sont également très cordiales. ps: Cette clinique offre un test pap beaucoup plus performant que le régulier... Il ne fait pas que détecter les cellules pré-cancéreuses; il permet de vérifier si le virus Vph est présent dans les tissus.

si vous êtes référé à ce médecin svp COUREZ VOIR AILLEURS. autant vous dire que mon expérience fut peu rassurante avec le gynécologue Dr El-Fakir de la clinique. L'infirmière qui était présente tout le long de mon rendez-vous peut aussi témoigner de son caractère dégradant. À défaut d'être radical, non-rassurant et arrogant le médecin n'a jamais cherché la moindre explication rationnelle. De plus Le docteur El-Fakir à volontairement REFUSER d'inscrire le code sur mon ordonnance pour que je PAIE le traitement qui est normalement couvert par le gouvernement.

Un grand merci à la clinique Gynesys pour m'avoir accordé un rendez-vous en urgence la semaine dernière: Le Dr Jocelyn Mercky m'a tout simplement sauvé la vie! J'avais un kyste hémorragique qui a causé une hémorragie interne grave. Il m'a reçue dans sa clinique, m'a écoutée, fait une échographie puis a appelé l'hôpital dans lequel il opère pour me faire entrer en urgence. Il m'a opérée le lendemain. Le Dr Mercky m'a mise en confiance avant et après l'opération. C'est un docteur à la fois abordable, sympathique, doué et très professionnel. Il est rare qu'un médecin ait toutes ces qualités réunies! J'aimerais également souligner que les secrétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques, disponibles et efficaces au téléphone et par courriel. Les infirmières sont douces, agréables et professionnelles. Je dois beaucoup à la clinique Gynesys et je les recommande à toutes les femmes qui souhaitent rencontrer un gynécologue en qui elles ont confiance.

Expérience très pénible au sein de cette clinique. Je suis une enseignante en début de grossesse et je devais avoir tous les papiers nécessaires afin de faire les prises de sang pour savoir si je suis immunisée contre varicelle, rubéole, rougeole, parvovirus. La femme omnipraticienne qui m’a reçue était extrêmement désagréable, bête et ne prenait pas le temps de répondre à mes questions comme il se doit. Elle ne voulait pas me donner un billet d’arrêt de travail en attendant les résultats de prise de sang. Elle ne voulait pas remplir le document de CNESST correctement en écrivant une date d’accouchement. Il fallait attendre la confirmation de grossesse. J’en suis venue aux larmes et l’infirmière qui s’est occupée de moi a fait de la pression afin que le papier soit bien rempli. Je suis partie sans billet médical. Lorsque j’ai obtenu mon résultat confirmant ma grossesse, j’ai tenté d’en aviser la clinique afin d’avoir le papier médical. On m’informe que le docteur que j’ai vu ne travaille que le mercredi. Il a donc fallu encore attendre et la clinique n’a été d’aucun support face à la préparation du billet. J’ai dû trouver une entente avec la CSDM afin que le billet ne soit pas nécessaire. Entre temps, on m’a appelé pour me dire que mes papiers étaient prêts. J’ai échangé une multitude de courriels avec le secrétariat de l’an clinique afin d’obtenir des précisions sur les papiers en question. On me répondait de façon froide et non professionnelle. Je ne recommande aucunement cette clinique à une femme en début de grossesse. Ils ne sont d’aucune aide. C’est à se demander s’ils ont déjà traité des cas de retrait préventif auparavant.
