This was the 3rd clinic we've gone to for IVF. The wait times can be long but I guess that is to be expected with how busy they are. In the end, the result is what really mattered to me & my wife and we cannot thank Dr. Librach & the staff enough for helping us start our family!

Dr. Sharma blessed me with 2 beautiful healthy babies. When my husband and I thought that we had zero hope. We got pregnant within the year when we started trying. First off, Dr. Librach is brilliant. We cannot thank him and his team enough for helping us have our son. Previous to going to Create we were at another local clinic in which we did not have success. At this previous clinic, we had 2 egg retrievals and 5 embryo transfers which resulted in 3 fails and 2 miscarriages. We knew it was time to move on. We had heard great things about Dr. Librach and how he takes on more difficult cases with success. From our initial meeting with Dr. Librach, it was apparent we were in good hands. He delved into testing to understand what could possibly be causing our infertility issues whereas as our previous clinic would not provide those tests even though I asked for them. With Dr. Librach, I didn't even have to ask and from there we had full confidence in him and his team. We knew he was going to try everything reasonable to help us have a family. We had 1 egg retrieval with Dr. Librach and our first embryo transfer was successful!! I am currently looking at my 7 week old son as I write this. Dr. Librach did a completely different transfer protocol than our previous clinic and we are so happy to say it worked! He also followed us diligently after our positive pregnancy test for 3 months to ensure everything was done to sustain the pregnancy. We are so grateful to Dr. Librach and his staff. It was a very long road until we came to Create. We will note, that yes wait times during clinic hours are long; however, you are followed by your specific doctor directly . So every appointment , cycle monitoring etc. Dr. Librach is working directly on your case. You don't have whatever doctor is " on call" as was the case at our previous clinic. We also really appreciated that your specific doctor performs your egg retrieval and embryo transfer; again not just whoever is "on call". For us this went a long way . We put our full confidence and lets not forget money in having the expertise of Dr.Librach so having him be hands - on the entire time was something we really appreciated. I can say this does not happen at the majority of other clinics. If we decide to grow our family we have full confidence that Dr. Librach will leave no stone unturned to help us achieve that. Lastly, we must mention we really enjoyed Dr. Librach's sense of humour as well. It helped to lighten what can be a very stressful process. Forever Grateful, Melissa, Josh and Baby Callan :)

Horrible customer service, I have been sitting here for PRP over 6 hours. The lady at front was rude didn't even acknowledge me and stated too bad you'll keep waiting. Go elsewhere, not worth it.

This place is a nightmare. Their whole focus is profit and not customer care. They overbook every day and leave people waiting for hours. I was there for 4 hours on Christmas Day while my daughter waited at home to open presents because they treat clients as if they have nothing better to do in their lives besides sit in their waiting room becaus what else could a person with fertility issues possibly have in their lives? I had a pregnancy test done there after an IVF cycle and they just forgot to call me with the results. Avoid if you possibly can. Totally awful

Good luck with these guys. No one picks up, no one communicates, all mailbox are full. No wonder you guys are not rated a 5 star. Your lack of communication is ridiculous. I will not recommend this clinic.
