Traveling from overseas for treatment is having a lot to take care of, thank you for the professional services of Grace team who did a great support to my plan. Special thanks to Dr Cheung with his "good luck" magic and the care of Nurse Vanessa, our first baby was delivered with blessings. Now exploring the world with a newborn has changed the way I see the world. I will never forget how happy she was when we took our baby to wash her hands under the tap for the first time, and that reminded me of the joy of feeling the flow of water and many natural phenomena. I have also shared this practical experience with my local community, who are also in favor of professional fertility treatment overseas. I hope this can be of help to save time and energy for research in the family building journey.

Dr Cheung is very professional and caring. He makes sure I feel at ease every time I do my check up. He also is patient with all my questions. I have 3 years old at home and also pregnant with twins now. The nurses are very helpful throughout the process too. So glad we choose Grace:)

I wholeheartedly recommend Grace Fertility to anyone who is on their infertility journey. We were referred by our doctor to another popular clinic prior to meeting Dr. Cheung and were very unsatisfied. While searching for a new clinic to go, a friend who achieved a successful pregnancy at her mid 40s told us to go to Grace. And that was the best decision ever. Dr. Cheung is a very experienced, logical, science/knowledge/fact based doctor - which we prefer. Everything he explained to us aligned with our own research and needs. This may seem like a given at professional medical clinics, but trust me, it's not. The comments that said the clinic only cares about profits are unfair. We wanted to choose a more expensive procedure (thinking more expensive = better) initially but was recommended the cheapest treatment plan because that was what suited us the most. And it was. I am typing this message now with my one year old healthy baby sleeping in his crib. We have him after one round of standard IVF when I was in my mid 30s (after 2 miscarriages and a long unexplained infertility journey). I still have a team of good grade frozen embryos waiting for us. I cannot thank Dr. Cheung and the staff enough for everything they have done for us. Everyone was kind, empathetic, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable from the start. I especially want to thank our nurse Hailee and Vanessa who supported us from the beginning till the end. I acquainted with 3 more mothers who went to Grace around the same time as I did, and all three of us are raising toddlers now after first tries. I'm writing this review to also pass that good luck to those who are reading at this moment. It's going to happen, soon ❤

I would choose another clinic that is open on weekends, especially if your ovulation may land on the weekend. Most other clinic opens for 4-6 hours on the weekend. Dr. Cheung proposed for us to try the IUI, naturally and both times failed. We have since gone to a new clinic and the Dr. there was trying to understand why we went unmedicated both tries and why he didn't put me on medication, especially 2nd try. In the end, I think it's just more money to the clinic if we do a few IUIs unmedicated, and few IUIs medicated.

I really appreciate all the attention that I had on my egg freezing procedure. I did my first cycle with Olive but only had 4 eggs frozen. I was expecting the same result. But Dr. Cheung at Grace Fertility has a total different approach. He carefully monitors my menstrual cycle dates and follicles growth. Both nurse Jana and Katelyn were super caring and informative. I ended up got 14 eggs frozen this time! So thankful for the incredible team!

I've had such a positive experience at Grace, I recommend Dr. Cheung to any of my friends having fertility issues and want a personal one-on-one care. I've heard mixed reviews about PCRM and Olive. All the nurses are very kind and quick to response to your emails and answer your questions and concerns. Dr. Cheung is very knowledgable and nice bedside manner.
