Heartland has been amazing throughout our journey with them. The assistants, nurses, and doctors are all incredibly kind and genuinely cared about helping us with our fertility goals. They took the time to establish personal relationships and get to know us and our situation. They were available for phone calls, answered our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we comfortable and understood our treatment plan. They truly made a difficult journey as easy as possible for us. We participated in the IUI program and were eventually successful in getting pregnant via that program. We are so grateful to Heartland and to Dr. Zohni in particular for everything they have done for us!

needless to say, it has been a very disappointing and discouraging experience with Heartland. We were asked to do a multitude of tests prior to coming in that were completed very promptly and submitted almost immediately. My wife and I were told that we would have answers in 2-3 weeks time. 3 months goes by and WE had to call them to book another appointment which is only done by phone apparently. Not only did they schedule an appointment but heartland decided to have a doctor who wasn't ours call us and She had no idea about us or our file and said they also didn't submit our tests as to why they didn't have an update for us. My question is this; why give hope to people who are struggling with their family health only to disregard them and show no empathy or care about what's going on in people's lives? I can understand that we are not the only patients, however, the lack of care and attention to detail is really alarming. The receptionists know to ignore phone calls on a constant basis as we sat in the waiting room prior to and they just go on their days hearing and watching the phone ring but dont pick it up. My recommendation is to stay away from this place as you'd probably get more answers from your Gynocologist over these people.

My Dr just moved to Heartland Fertility Clinic. I underwent surgery just prior to her move and tried calling the clinic one week after my surgery as I suspected I had an infection. The menu was confusing to navigate. I left a message regarding my concerns as I was not able to reach a live person and never received a call back. Very poor service. This is really discouraging because my Dr is a phenomenal physician.

Worst service ever. My surgeon switched to this clinic after my surgery. Have called 4 times now to book my 6 week follow up and have not gotten a response back. Do not recommend.

Heartland has been so wonderful. The doctors and nurses are supportive and caring. Special thanks to Dr. Zohni! I am currently pregnant with our rainbow baby through IVF. They also have a beautiful new facility.

The staff at Heartland are always a pleasure to deal with. I can tell everyone really cares about how I am doing. My questions are always answered in a timely manner by the nursing team as well. The main downside is the waiting for various appointment's and/or procedures to start/ be scheduled.
