His judgement calls have all be on point for us, making our IVF & FETs smoother than they would've been elsewhere. The staff there actually care about the patients. * They actually answer the phone, unlike other clinics that make you leave voicemails & play phone tag. * The appointment times are generally accurate, unlike other clinics that make you wait hours the day of an embryo transfer. Their blood lab churns out results within the day, unlike other labs that send blood samples out for processing. This means the possibility of a trigger shot the same afternoon, which controls the cycle better.
