I had a terrible experience with them. They mixed up my husband’s test results with someone else’s results, and they were looking for him to pay for extra test that the doctor did not requested, aldo they pretended to sell him some pills without any doctor instructions.

MCF is the best place to visit if you are facing infertility. I thanks to all the team who helped me through out visits. I got pregnant with twins and they wanted me to try natural and I did. After I hade like 5 miscarriages in a one year Also, the staffs were amazing, kind and they are ready to extend their services for their patients even late which is very helpful for working people and you cannot see that anywhere else. If you are like me and have had some heartbreaking experiences from prior clinics, then please go to MCF. Their team is exceptionally compassionate, experienced, and attentive in taking the time to listen to your fertility journey and leave you with the assurance that they WILL try their absolute best to make your fertility dream come true. So many doctors easily write you off if you don’t meet their amh or fsh standards, without even trying to help, and instead push you out the door suggesting only a donor egg option. But MCF’s entire team, from the great Dr. Anne, and Zara the sweetest naturopath who works with you, the kind sonographer, and Pearl the incredibly supportive assistance clinic manager, make you really feel like you’re in good hands. They try to find the root cause of your infertility and structure a plan to attempt a way to achieve fertility success. Dr. Anne is truly a fertility specialist with great knowledge in this field. She doesn’t focus on numbers, but rather searches for the right treatment to change them for optimal results. I have never left a clinic so relieved and touched by such an empathetic and dedicated team!

I just feel I need to warn anyone about going to this clinic as this will likely be a negative experience. Please go elsewhere. I cannot for the life of me figure out why their ratings are so high. Firstly, they do NOT offer IVF even though their website claims they do. They ONLY do IUI. Secondly, nobody seems to know what's going on ever - the staff, and the patients. I was almost never addressed correctly, my chart was mixed up with another patients, and at least half the time I was there I saw a patient ask "I have no idea what's happening. Can someone explain this to me?" "Medical Director" Ann is an elusive unicorn that you can never see or speak to and if you finally get the opportunity to speak to her she will just shame you about your life choices and tell you to treat your serious medical diagnoses with supplements. Their website also provides a list of Drs and not a single one currently is employed there. I had the misfortune of having Dr Madu who was belittling, dismissive, condescending, and has been investigated on multiple counts of malpractice. I could continue to write an entire book about the incompetency of this clinic but I'll leave it with these points so that hopefully people will actually read this review and go somewhere where you are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion during such a difficult time.

My Husband and I are trying to get pregnant for 2 years before we came to MCF. But after 3 months of doing cycle monitoring with them we got pregnant ! Ms Anne gave us specific advices to help us to get pregnant. All the staff are very cautious when they are getting my blood because i am very afraid of needles. Doctors, ms Anne and all the staff are approachable, patient and good to us. They really know what they are doing. They treated me very well to the point that i called ate Pearl and cry at her and tell her that im going to stop going to MCF because im losing hope, but she believed in me, comforted me and offer me her time even thou they are very busy. After two weeks, my period didnt came , got my pregnancy test POSITIVE and all the staff of MCF is very happy for us like they are our family. If you are looking for fertility clinic who not just treat you but also a group of friends who understand how hard you’re going through, then MCF is the one. Thank you MCF for helping us 😍😊
