I am beyond upset with this clinic. The way they have spoken to me is just rude. When you first call to do the intake and they ask how many children you have, and you state how many children you have they think that it's strange that your calling for help to become pregnant, and to have another child. Not to mention I have been waiting over 7 months to have a Dr call me to a telephone consultation. They have called me twice in 3 months with an appointment date ,that they left on my voice-mail. But when I call back to confirm just like they ask me to do on the msg they leave, they tell me that my appointment goes to the next person that answers there call. And when I do call them to ask questions, they can't answer them and tell me to make sure I'm available to answer there call. Really I can't walk around with my phone in my hand all day from 7 a.m to 7 p.m waiting for there call. Very upsetting g especially when I don't have that much time left to become pregnant.

I would never recommend this place. I called multiple times for a follow-up and they kept saying we’ll call you, we’ll call you but never heard anything since October last year. Not a reliable clinic. I wouldn’t even give one star. Decided to go with another clinic and their service was excellent and got an appointment within the same week.

I had a funny experience with them, well at least funny at this point. I called them perhaps 1.5 years ago, finally got an appointment 0.5 year ago. The format of my appointment was that they told me the doctor might call you any time of a certain week so have your phone with you at all times (🫠). The doctor finally called and of course I missed the call. I believe she left a message saying that I missed her call, period. Now 0.5 year later I got another call to see if I’m still interested 😂. My answer was I don’t even remember what my health concerns were exactly at the time and a lot has changed regarding my health condition since then. By far, the funniest experience I had in Canada with the health system.

I’m not going to lie the waiting time is not the best and it takes persistance. What I will say is that once you get in you are followed by one doctor from start to finish. They truly get to know you and guide you every step of the way. They are kind and caring and genuinely are experts in their field. I was constantly encouraged, I was always taken care of. I was never rushed and they let me go at my own pace. I’ve sent a few friends to this clinic and like myself we were all successful at starting our family. That isn’t a fluke or luck of the draw- it’s their attention to detail and their knowledge. I loved my experience there and I am forever grateful for the beautiful bundle of joy that they helped us get. Thank MFC! You guys are amazing!

I was meant to receive test results after three weeks, maximum, it has been four. Neither me nor my doctor have received them by mail, email, phone or fax. I called and was put on hold three times, all three times I was hung up on while on hold. I cannot get my test results. I spent 300$ to have my time wasted and to be hung up on while on hold. Give me my test results.

Terrible clinic! They don’t respect their patients. I showed up 5 min before my appointment and went to check in at the reception. The secretary was so rude , she raised her voice and asked me to wait outside. The waiting room is outside their office , not enough chairs so people are sitting on the floor. I find that very disrespectful because even at the vet clinic people and animals are treated better!You have to wear two masks which shows how incompetent these Drs are.There are also procedures listed on their website that they don’t actually offer. What a waste of time !!!!

Very disappointed by my experience with this facility. I called for a consultation for egg freezing. After waiting a few weeks they called me back and offered me an appointment..."sometime during the week of June 12". The receptionist basically told me to be available for a call anytime during that week (!!!) and that the doctor would call me "between patients". This seems very strange and disrespectful considering the procedure is thousands of dollars...it says a lot about the organization of the center. Then they sent me a pdf to fill out that was a scanned form that they clearly used to have patients fill out by hand. It's not the 1990s. Your operations team should have the skills to send it as a fillable pdf or a doc file. You expect me to print, scan and re-send? A bit ridiculous. The final straw: the doctor called me that week at 5pm on Thursday, I was driving and could not answer the phone. She left a voice mail saying she would try me again and I never heard from anyone, it has been 2 weeks. Luckily i contacted another clinic and am doing my procedure with them. I had a feeling things would unfold this way when I saw how this place operates. I can only imagine how they handle the rest of their procedures, appointments, etc. I highly suggest that MTC invests in technology like a patient portal and scheduling software, and is more considerate of the time of their paying clients. Until then, do yourself a favor and avoid.

My experience at this clinic was quite disappointing. From the long wait times where they don’t even have a waiting room and people are sitting on the floor to the lack of empathy from the Dr, you are just a number. I was freezing my eggs and everything was going very well. I had 10 eggs that were the right size but when he retrieved them only 4 were mature. A dr with that much experience should know that! What’s worst is that when he called to tell me, showed no empathy, just suggested to do it again and would offer me a discount, very transactional. Fertility treatments are a sensitive topic, you need to show some compassion. What’s worst is that they told me the pain would be mild and only the day of the procedure. I was in severe pain for 4 days and mild pain for 3 more days. They didn’t prescribe any pain killers just told me to take Tylenol. That was not enough. When I did my own research it said that quite a lot of women go through severe symptoms, the clinic mislead me. I regret this whole thing with them. Money wasted!

Truth be told, I've had the best experience here.. Yes, it was a challenge to get an appointment but once I started treatment, it was amazing. The nurses Angie, Jane, Bonnie and all the others that I didn't get a chance to ask their name were so so so kind, especially since I'm afraid of needles and procedures. And Dr. Mahutte, his kindness, encouragement and time have been such a boost to my morale. This is the 3rd clinic in Montreal that I've been too and I love it here.. Thank you MFC

the booking system is unclear. You call, speak with someone and get a promis to be called by another person soon. You wait, call them back, they don’t find you and tell you to continue waiting several weeks. And then you think, what am I waiting, they don’t even have my information!??? Will go with another clinic that are capable to book appointments after the first call.

After many emails, they said they were gonna call me, but didn’t after i followed up with them. They don’t give appointments they just call u whenever they want. They will call you on a Friday night and act surprised that you’re busy. I asked many times for a specific appointment time they avoided my request. I spoke to one lady she was rude af. Don’t spend ur money there Disappointing experience, people that go to fertility clinics are already stressed out and are having a hard time. They don’t care about that struggle fr. Would give 0 star if i could.

This clinic was recommended by a highly renowned doctor. I called to book an appointment and was shocked when they told me I have to wait 8 months. Since is time sensitive I said I’ll have my doctor recommend me someone else. The person who answered picked up right away and told me to wait a little bit on the line. She came back and was very nice. Then I thought about it and wanted to know more information. I called back and I was put straight on hold. Waited for more than 10 min and I hang up. Then called again and same thing. Then I called from a different number. The person answered but said no words. I could heard her doing stuff on her desk. It’s too bad that such good doctors employ people who are like this. It’s actually sad. This is a clinic and employees should be more empathetic.

I haven’t even been to the clinic and yet I give one star just on bad customer service alone. Sent two emails, asking for information and to become a patient, that were met with radio silence. Filled out the form on their website and was greeted with the same response. Two voicemails and never a single returned call. Over one month of waiting for a sign of life. Makes me wonder if this place still exists…

After several months of fertility treatments, I successfully get pregnant which is why I gave a 2* rather than 1* review. Every time I went to this clinic I felt like a number, they did not care about me as a person unless I owed them a payment for sometime. They never took the time to let me ask questions, they once told me I owed them 150$ and when I asked for an explanation they were rude (turns out it was a mistake and I did not owe them anything) and when my family doctor put on a new medication and told me to make sure to tell them about it in case it would interact with the other medications they gave me, they literally did not even write it down or know the medication they just said as long as your doc knows you are trying to get pregnant... I dreaded coming to this place each time. Having fertility issues is hard enough, and going to a place where they don't seem to care about you makes it even harder. PS make sure you take your appointments as early in the morning as you can. I quickly learned that the later in the day you take the appointment, the longer you will wait as they ALWAYS seem to get backed up.

My experience with this clinic had ups and downs. I am going to go through details, as I always appreciate knowing everything before choosing a clinic, this might help others decide. Dr. Mahutte is a kind and calm doctor. The fact that he will perform every procedure, from ultrasound to insemination and other stuff is really helpful and reassuring: you see an expert, familiar face every time! The point that can benefit the improvement is the communication. He explains what he does, but not much about why he does that. As the result, in several occasions, this made me feel as he doesn't care much, or he does the same thing for everyone. But I think the lack of conversation partly is due to covid situation. The wait time is about an hour, which is similar to most other clinics, so it is fair. His team is amazing, Bonnie who is a nurse there and is always available for your questions and emotional support, she is truly lovely. Dr. Mahutte's wife was really considerate and kind too. And the receptionists are all polite and pleasant to talk to. The lack of communication from his side had kind of pushed me to decide to change my clinic, but boy I am happy I didn't !! Because I GOT PREGNANT WITH MY THIRD IUI and couldn't believe it! So yes, he communicates less than he should, but he definitely knows his job ;) And I think this is what we all want! We are expecting our baby girl in Oct 2021! Thank you Dr. Mahutte! Thank you my dear Bonnie and all the staff!

Go someplace else! The staff is unfriendly. Waiting times are horrible - I once waited undressed in an windowless exam room for more than an hour without any information from the staff. I had to call the front desk multiple times and explain the situation before anyone showed up. When you do tests they won't give you any information over the phone. You have to physically show up - they have zero respect of your time. I am now moving to another fertility clinic and they charge $50 to get a copy of my file. This clinic seems to play gods in white. You are treated worse than just being a number. Stay away!

Dr. Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal, along with their team of nurses and technicians are nothing but fantastic! They do run late on most appointments, but this is simply due to the fact that they take their time to answer every question and not rush through your appointment. The nurses are patient and sweet, and are able to answer any question. No matter the day of the week Dr. Mahutte and nurses are available and call personally with results. Overall a rough experience made pleasant by this team.

I loved my experience at the Montreal Fertility Center. The whole staff from the receptionists, to the nurses and the doctors were super friendly, compassionate and always made us comfortable and reassured through the process. They were always prompt to call with my results (even on weekends!), answered all my questions, and just overall, made a time of stress and despair bearable. They truly care about their patients and were genuinely happy for us when we had our successful insemination. I'm now almost 12 weeks pregnant and really wish Dr.Mahutte could be my OBGYN and deliver our baby!

Be patient, you will have to wait but it’s worth it. Like every other doctor in Canada, they are busy, overwhelmed and on top of that they are dealing with people with Fertility problems. Yes I have had to wait 30-90 minutes at every appointment, but the staff is wonderful, doctors are knowledgeable and caring.  Like anything in life, if you treat people kindly and with respect it will take you further in life no matter what, so please be patient and respectful to the staff and doctors they start work at 5am everyday. We started our journey with the Montreal fertility clinic, we did everything they asked us, and we are now expecting after years of struggling with fertility issues. Best clinic ever!!! I have nothing but positive things to say about every person in this clinic. I feel so grateful to have had such an amazing experience. I loved the fact that you would always see a dr for the scans. If you have a question there is always someone there to answer. Dr. Mahutte is the nicest most caring doctor in the world. He is always open to questions and will not rush you if you ask him questions. He cares so much about his patients and their outcomes. The nurses Barbara and Bonnie are also so unbelievably helpful. They will teach you everything you need to know and make you feel comfortable. They are also very accessible for questions. I have done everything from IUIs to IVF. I have been through a lot, and this clinic has been amazing throughout. I am now 12 weeks pregnant with my second child thanks to Dr. Mahutte and his team. I am extremely grateful to all the support and help that I have received from MFC during my fertility journey. To start with MFC asked for some of the most comprehensive tests (which was not my experience at OVO and one other centre) which revealed that I have a polyp. Dr. Mahutte kindly referred me to one of the best gyno-surgeons in MTL and I got operated quite fast and super smoothly. I would love to mention that the whole team including nurses (Bonnie and Michelle) are extremely helpful and caring and they provided an ultimate amount of support during this journey. The level of care, service and compassion that I have received is exceptional. Thank you MFC!

1st appointment: On time but it was a very quick one. Just gave forms to complete diagnostics tests  2nd appointment for ultrasound: waited over 30 mins after set time and doctor again was in a hurry. I had to ask questions to know what he found in the ultrasound 3rd: tried to get appointment for sonohysterogram. but they have absolutely no flexibility in their schedules. so went to do it at another lab called the clinic after one week to say that I finished all the tests (Which costs $1,000) and the receptionist (!) told me that if no1 called me, it means all my tests are good and to call back on day 1 of my cycle to start my treatment. when i asked her what treatment, she said IUI and the doctor will give me meds. i insisted on a getting a doctor's appointment to discuss my treatment (thts not a receptionist's job!!!), The doctor defended the receptionist, saying they had already talked beforehand and she had the receptionist to say that! What a lie. I lost all trust in them I would like to add that my husband is a doctor and found their whole way of proceeding and treating the patient as just another number in line as very unprofessional and against the usual code of conduct. So please beware!

We had previously gone to another center before we decided to switch to this clinic, and the comparison of the two places was like day and night. Truly, coming to the Montreal Fertility center was the best decision we could have made!

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Do not recommend at all. They don’t respect the appointments they give. I waited for over an HOUR standing out side the door and when I complained the doctor came and told me that it’s not his problem and walked away!!!! I tried to talk to the nurse or even take an appointment it took me over three days in order for her just to talk to me about my health concerns!!! They don’t offer real solutions Only IUI or IVF!!! The worst ever clinic i have ever been...! I have to do 4 tests on the referral letter from my family doctor so i asked the nurse if all of them are covered with one sample, which is a very reasonable question. But the nurse became very angry and shout at me: i dont care about your referral paper ! if you dont like to do the test, just go....! So finally nobody answer my question or give a single clarification to me, and just let me go... Seroiously?? Thsi is teh way you treat a patient?! The nurse looks like as if i owe her 1 M dollars ....She does not need a makeup for the halloween at all! Horrible!!

It's now 8 years that I had immigrated to Canada, and i do believe that Dr. Neal Mahutte is one of the best doctor I've ever seen in montreal ❤️. I think he is born to be a doctor and nothing else. He is very knowledgeable, very patient and never rush you. He always take a time to answer all your questions. Also Dr Ouhilal was very nice and knowledgeable too❤️. They are a great team together. The 2 nurses Barbara and Bony were very nice and helpful.  Also, all secretaries were very nice. However, Anjy was my favourite, she is so cool 😎. Dr Mahut performs the tests, he is very professional, courtois, and you won't feel a thing, such a good hand! His wife, the other Dr, is also very professional and has so much common sense! Not something you might find lately among doctors. I had a wonderful experience with them, only by doing the tests they found a medical condition that not even my family doctor found. Just treating that condition I was able to get pregnant naturally. First of all I just want to say if I could give over a 5 - star rating I would. Dr. Mahutte and his staff are absolutely amazing, kind, compassionate, efficient and not greedy like other fertility centres. We had a very bad experience with another fertility centre (which we cannot name as there is an ongoing investigation in progress with that particular clinic's practices with the Collège du Medicins du Québec) before we switched to the Montreal Fertility Center. We cannot express our extreme gratitude towards Dr. Mahutte and his team. Yes, sometimes you may have to wait but NOT all the time as somtimes emergencies occur beyond anybody's control, but as a patient that experiences any sort of emergency would you rather your doctor is there attending to your needs or having somebody else attend to you who does not or is unaware of your full case history? I know personally I would rather have my doctor there for me taking care of me and what needs to be done. Our journey with the Montreal Fertility Center was an extremely positive and rewarding experience and on January 5th, 2018 I had given birth to a healthy baby boy, my son Zane. Again, we cannot express our extreme gratitude and thanks to Dr. Mahutte and his team enough for helping us with this wonderful gift. We trust Dr. Mahutte and his team that we are going back for another round as I had mentioned above that our pregnancy was successful the first time around and we still have three (3) embryos remaining. Also, I would like to mention that Dr. Mahutte personally sent us Zane's very first picture of him as a day5 blastocyst. If we were able to post pictures of our little miracle here we would !!!!

I am truly grateful for the care that we received at the Montreal’s fertility clinic. When you are gowing through something so painful, like infertility, you are left feeling vulnerable to say the least. This is why, I am so grateful for the team. Everyone we encountered at the clinic, but specifically, Dr. Mahutte, treated in such a professional yet warm manner. Reading some of the complaints below about the dissatisfaction regarding the waiting time confuses me. Let’s all be reminded that the purpose of the clinic is to help treat our infertility issues. Instead of raging over something so petty, I encourage you to consider more important things, such as the protocol they use at the clinic, what cancelation policies they respect, and so on... that’s what really matters. My husband and I were at another center prior to making the switch and we unfortunately had a negative experience, where we faced hidden cancelations fees and were spoken to in a way that made us feel Helpless. So, I know first hand what good and bad quality care looks like and the MONTREAL FERTILITY CENTER offers EXCEPTIONAL care! If you are struggling to have children and are in need of professional care, I absolutely recommend this center!

To be avoided at all costs. The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable but the staff around them is a different story. My take on them is as follows (especially the doctors secretaries) : 1- They don't realize the negative impact they can have on somebody's life; 2 - They don't care about negatively impacting somebody's life; 3- You're in pain? They really don't care (I nearly overdosed on the useless pain medication they gave me today...it doesn't work so you need to take triple the amount - you call and tell them and don't get a call back...see? They DON'T CARE); 4 - Mention "The Glenn" and watch their reaction - grow up already over there ffs.....we (the patients) don't care if you are mad about The Glenn. Reminder to you : WE ARE THE TAXPAYERS PAYING YOUR SALARY!!! GET WITH IT FFS! You, like the rest of the system, are part of the problem. You take our money and when there are problems after and we need help you are nowhere to be found. I've met criminals more reliable then you. Ladies - before going here be careful. I was not in this pain before going there for "treatments". Now I am probably going to need to have my uterus removed completely due to their lack of everything. I wouldn't be as upset if they would be more hands on with pain management instead of fluffing you off to their assistant (who is useless). Go to OVO Clinic they won't butcher you at least. Pardon the spiteful review but they have had it coming for over a year now. I waited a year before saying something this negative about them.

For those like me who only prefer a female doctor, you can't have this option in this clinic. You'll be seeing both Dr Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal. There should be a consideration and respect for the patient preference at least when it comes to the ultrasound screening. I was encouraged reading some good comments about the clinic but I find this issue really disappointing.

I hate this clinic, that's all I can say. The receptionists are plain rude! They obviously hate their job. And hate kids. The two times I've been there they didn't like the fact that my child was making noises, and I don't think I've never seen them smile. They belongs in a meat factory honestly. Not somewhere you deal with a clientele. Because obviously they don't know the definition of it. And now, about the doctor/clinic... So as you can see I initially went there with the thoughts of getting pregnant with a donor, Because I didn't have a partner. And so on... they told me I had to get my tests done and an interview with the psychologist. After the interview, a few days later I got a phone call from the psychologist saying that the clinic refuse me from getring a treatment there because they thought I was too young (25) to have another kid yet... LOL hahahahaha I couldn't stop laughing. Who did they thought they were? To judge someone wether they were too young or too old to have kids? I mean excuse me, I may not have a partner but I am financially stable and I am sure I know how to raise a kid more than they DO! Ignorant idiots. The doctors parents obviously had them at 40 years and THEY had their kids at 50 years or something. That maybe the reason why they are against people who chose to be parents at younger age, which is a smart decision anyways. Who want to be a mom at 40? seriously? That clinic is a joke!

If you need a knowledgeable doctor avoid this clinic. The only thing that they know is doing IUI and IVF with the same protocol for everyone. They don’t analyze your situation or don’t try to find the cause of your infertility. After some simple tests they label you as unexplained infertility and suggest IUI and then IVF. I asked Dr Ouhilal how can I improve egg quality? she said “there is no way to improve egg quality!! I really recommend to do some research and try to update your knowledge to be able to help the desperate couples, not only try to do more IUI and ivf. Another example of their lack of knowledge and consideration: I got pregnant after 5 IUI. They sent me to test HCG every other day for two weeks ( which was very stressful) my HCG wasn’t rising enough and they didn’t bother to check my progesterone at the same time (not even once), the pregnancy ended probably because of low progesterone. We lost 1 year and lots of money at this clinic but so happy of finally changing the clinic to a very knowledgeable Dr, where they try to find the cause of infertility and help the patient, not thinking only to money.

My experience at MFC was a beautiful one.I have a long journey of iuis&ivfs spread over 20 years but I have never come across such a polite soft spoken doctor like Mr Mahutte and a caring nurse like Sabrina.The friendly and compassionate approach by the staff was incomparable.These gestures give a lot of emotional support which is essential during this treatment. I have had the privilege to meet the pioneer of TEST TUBE late Professor Ian Craft who had suggested GIFT for me but unfortunately when I went back to his clinic he had retired and GIFT was removed from the treatment options.Dr Mahutte, if ever consider introducing back GIFT in the Fertility Scene, please take me in. Thank You MFC for a wonderful Experience though it didn't work but it might one day !!!!!

Dr. Neal Mahutte er Dr. Ouhilal sont des perles rare! Ça fait plus de 3 ans que j’essaie de tomber enceinte avec d’autres cliniques, sans succès. J’ai fait une première rencontre avec Dr. Ouhilal, c’est elle qui a choisît le traitement, les médicaments et le dosage. Je peux vous dire qu’elle ne s’est pas trompé et m’a fait un traitement adapté à ma situation. Par la suite j’ai continué les échographies, la collecte d’ovules et le transfert avec Dr. Mahutte. Dès la première visite j’ai tout de suite senti que j’étais entre des bonnes mains, cet homme inspire confiance. Il est tellement gentil, patient et rassurant, mais surtout très compétent tout comme sa conjointe. Nous avons fait 1 cycle de FIV avec lui et je suis tombé enceinte du premier coup du premier transfert. Un miracle. Mille merci Dr. Mahutte et Dr. Ouhilal pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour moi et mon conjoint, nous vous serons reconnaissant à vie et nous vous recommanderons à d’autres couples les yeux fermé ❤️. Pour commencer par les points positifs, les employés et les medecins sont tres gentils avec moi. Le seul point négatif est qu'il y a souvent 2h-3h d'attente et un nombre de sièges limités. Donc, vous serez peut-être assis par terre dans le couloir extérieur de la clinique. Conseil: Apportez-vous un portable, de l'eau, un livre, à manger pour passer le temps et armez-vous de patience. On me confirme un rendez-vous téléphonique la semaine du 19 juin, rendez-vous qui n’a jamais été honoré. J’envoie un courriel pour aviser que la docteure ne m’a pas téléphoné, on me répond qu’ils sont désolés et qu’elle le fera la semaine suivante. Je n’ai reçu aucun appel la semaine suivante… J’ai envoyé un second courriel pour les en aviser et je n’ai eu aucun retour suite à celui-ci. Si vous n’êtes pas en mesure d’honorer les rendez-vous, ayez au moins la gentillesse de nous en aviser (ou n’en donnez tout simplement pas). Ces démarches sont déjà assez stressantes pour nous et chaque mois compte.

J'ai lu les messages négatifs mais comme peu de clinique j'ai quand même tenté et malheureusement ce que décrivent les personnes est la réalité. Jai demandé de me dire s'ils savaient que le médecin ne m'appartient pas, ils répondent qu'ils peuvent que transmettre. Le vendredi je n’avais toujours pas reçu d’appel et la secrétaire me dit qu’elle allait m’appeler la semaine prochaine. Il est difficile avec le travail d’être disponible en tout temps. Par miracle une autre endroit ma communiquer et j’ai deja eux mon premier rendez vous.

À éviter à tout prix. Personnel froid et sans aucune empathie. Dr. Ouhilal (#100244) est extrêmement désagréable et n'a aucune manière, en plus d'être totalement paranoïaque sur la COVID-19. Lorsqu'on arrive, on nous obligé de porter, pas un, mais DEUX masques, malgré que ce n'est plus obligatoire, ni même dans les hôpitaux. On se fait poser plein de questions sur si on a des symptômes de COVID-19 et ensuite on nous dit d'aller attendre debout dans le corridor avec plein de monde car la salle d'attente est fermée, encore a cause de la COVID. Après 2h d'attente (RDV à 9h45 et appelé à 11h40 pour voir la médecin) c'est là qu'on se fait dire que les conjoints ne sont pas admis dans la consultation, COVID oblige. Ils n'en ont jamais fait mention, ni a la prise de RDV, ni lorsqu'ils m'ont vu arriver avec ma conjointe à l'accueil.

Nous avons eu recours à cette clinique l'année dernière. Service très courtois de la part des médecins et des infirmières. Les délais peuvent être longs pour la prise de rendez-vous ainsi que les suivis (surtout l'été lorsque les 2 médecins sont en vacances). On a eu l'impression de devoir "prendre en charge" notre dossier durant les premiers mois, mais par la suite il n'y a pas eu de problème. On a eu un moins bon contact avec les réceptionnistes, mais somme toute, nous recommandons cette clinique.

Je n'ai que des bons mots à propos de cette clinique et de tout ceux qui y travaillent. Après 4 ans et demi de suivi, nous avons 2 beaux garçon et un 3ièeme en route. À chaque fois, nous avons été accueilli par une merveilleuse équipe, de la réceptioniste, aux infirmières en passant bien sûr par les médecins qui avait à coeur notre bien-être. C'est une clinique humaine et dévouée qui a vraiment à coeur le bien être de ses patients. Outre le côté chaleureux de son personnel, je ne peux passer sous silence la compétence professionnelle de tous et chacun dans leur rôle respectif. Notre parcour ne s'est pas fait aisément, nous avons fait plusieurs essais avant de trouver notre recette gagnante. Alors que nous même, nous commencions à ne plus y croire, Dr. Mahut gardait espoir, essayait quelque chose de nouveau et nous encourageait. Au telephone on donne rdv a une heure precise stipulent qui faut ABSOLUMENT etre a l'heure. Sauf que les medecins arrivent a chaque fois avec plus de 45 minutes de retard sans meme s'excuser. La secretaire est d'une nonchalence incroyable en plus d'etre a la limite du retard mentale elle demande la carte RAMQ 3 fois en 5 minutes pour oublier au final de prendre les informations. Aucune compassion, avoir l'impression d'etre un numero dans ce genre de situation et tout simplement inssuportable. Je constate que cette clinique fonctionne en bussiness en proposant des FIV apres a peine 2 insiminations. Sans oublier le manque cruel d'information donner au patient. En 1 mot: FUYEZ !

Expérience très négative. Fausses informations. Changement d’avis sur l’état du patient...FIV accélérer et sans résultats a cause de la fin de la gratuité des soins. On était parmi les derniers a passer gratuitement pour recevoir les soins; ça a était fait d’une manière brusque et sans convictions de la part des médecins( ils cherchaient juste un patient de plus ).moyens très rétreints limités et douteux vu les explications approximatives. Un grand zéro pour les secrétaires,pas de manières. irrespectueuses. Regard froid;c’était limite de l’intimidation ou autres choses . On dirait qu’on a tué leurs parents ou une chose du genre. Ils ont ruiné nous espoirs d’avoir un bébé. On avait un blocage de 4ans vu le traumatisme qu’on a subis; surtout quand ils nous ont dit que nous n’allions jamais avoir de bébé . Mais on a su se relever ...on c’est battu et aujourd’hui on a eu notre bébé grâce à un autre centre plus sérieux et plus humain.  La morale : centre’’d’infertilité‘’ Montréal a éviter.
