i'm a potential new client and it's been two weeks. I've tried every single telephone option they have and no one picks up the phone. I even left a voice message once and no one got back to me and makes me wonder how their service and accessibility once I become patient definitely change my mind and going to another clinic. Only wanted to try them because they were close to where I live but now I think about it it's not worth it.

Sadly very disappointed with Mount Sinai fertility. I will say that their bedside manner was good and the nurses are kind and friendly. But that’s the only good things I can say. Their approach to infertility is archaic and they are not willing to get to the route of the problem. They just want your money and only suggest cookie cutter treatments that don’t work. I switched clinics and my new doctor already found so many issues that Sinai never did and I’m on a new treatment plan and I finally have hope again. Sinai is not willing to personalize the medicine for individuals, instead it’s just one size fits all solutions. I really do not recommend going to this clinic.

I HATE this clinic. They use a pain in the butt patient portal that has tons of issues, hard to find stuff, causing me soooo much aggravation that I can't get the documents I need and can't reach a real person via phone EVER only VM. Customer service is horrendous, only go here if you're okay with waiting, waiting, more waiting.

Mount Sinai Fertility is the reason I now have a beautiful family. I will be returning when we plan to have our second child. Dr. Ellen Greenblatt and her team are very knowledgable and have always explained every single step of the process along the way. After multiple types of treatment, I ended up becoming pregnant with IVF. I love that we are able to do virtual appointments and only have to go to the clinic when necessary. The online patient portal is such a useful tool (for those who are tech savvy) to be able to view your results , sign consent forms, and get follow up instructions and next steps during your fertility journey. Special thanks to Taysha, she always gets back to me via email when I have a question and her effort does not go unnoticed. Every single person at the clinic I have met along the way has always been helpful, caring, approachable and polite. Great team and positive environment all around!

There are lots of negative reviews (which I found discouraging when I started my journey), but I wanted to write a review because I had a positive experience at MSF. I had 3 failed IUIs and ended up doing IVF (funded) overseen by Dr. Shapiro. We only ever met her virtually, but the whole team and nurses were great at MSF. I was happy with the plan coordinated by Dr. Shapiro. I did one retrieval, one transfer and I’m currently cuddling my 6 week old baby. Thank you MSF for everything.

The team is also diligent on following up in a timely manner and they are patient to answer all questions and provide clear instructions and next steps. Great team. When my partner and I wanted to start our family, I knew Mt Sinai was the place to pursue our dream of having a child as this is a world-class facility. My partner is a C4/5 quadriplegic, the result of a life changing accident over five years ago. We needed medical support to become parents and we worked with the amazing Dr Ellen Greenblatt at Mt Sinai Fertility and Dr Kirk Lo in Urology in order to successfully complete IVF, getting a viable egg and sperm sample that became the embryo that is now our daughter. The community of people at these clinics who helped us with this very sensitive and tenuous process were the most supportive and encouraging, and we were beyond thrilled to find out our dream of becoming parents was coming true upon my positive pregnancy test. An absolute miracle after all we have been through. I can’t recommend Mt Sinai Fertility enough.

Amazing clinic! We moved here from another clinic and thanks to Dr. Russo and his great staff we expanded our family with two more little ones. I just felt everyone was more professional compared to my prior clinic including nurses, IVF coordinators and doctors. They work like a very well organized team. Ultrasounds are done by the actual doctors plus a technician; the whole team went into the lab to check out my embryos before the transfer; the nurse did his best to distract me during my procedure; also leaving the first u/s picture of my babies in the recovery room post procedure was such a lovely surprise and a nice touch. Thank you MSF team!
