Unfortunately there is a lack of personal care towards patients when it comes to the doctors and some nurses. I have only seen my doctor in his office and all my procedures are pushed off to other Doctors. Even after expressing my feelings nothing changes. I feel that there is a disconnection when it comes to patient care. I understand they work as a team but their formula doesn't work for me. The past few times I've been to the clinic I have left in tears, frustrated and emotional. I have decided to go private, I need the one on one care with my doctor. I don't recommend this institution

It is very easy to criticize for small things like wait time but this is not a fast food restaurant, this is life. Just awful. It takes 2-3months to get an appointment to be told that you will need more appointments in again 2 -3 months. If you had to do blood tests, pee / sperm you will have to redo hem as the process is so slow. They never answer the phone as well so you have to go there just to take appointments. As if everyone lives close by and not 1h30 drive away...If you have money and or other options, just don't go there.

Very bad experience I had. Dr dimertas, didn’t listen at all to my concerns and she told me to don’t even try to have a baby. I felt myself discriminated literally cause I am at my age , single and part of LGBTQ+ community. I felt myself so so judged. Who control the elements of procreations , no one else than nature or god for some. Doctors must understand that they are nothing but a tool to help the nature sometimes. Period. They’ve a power trip and lied to their selves , u know ego . Cause they don’t have anything. they don’t have any power. Wake up guys.

Doctor is very helpful. The only thing is expect to be there all day. I had an ultrasound at 9am and it’s currently 1:30 I am still here. We waited to see the nurse who is awesome just to be told that I didn’t have to wait, I need to take another appointment. Reception is on lunch , which she is entitled to but now another waiting game begins. I suggest to wait as it is hard to get in touch with someone.

Do not waste your time and money and a lot of errors before and during IVF and stress that affect your IVF result. They just push you to do it to get money. Go to other country or OVO clinic that cover with RAMQ and cash.

Really frustrating experience. I feel like they do not understand they are dealing with human beings. I feel I am treated like cattle. You see the doctor close to never. You always deal with different nurses. You wait on the phone for ages to get an appointment. And then you wait forever in the waiting room as well. Nobody cares to explain medical decisions that involve you. Nobody cares to pull your file to answer basic questions. Questions annoy them! I think personnel needs to learn how to deal with people. If they only like research and not people, they should have chosen different professions.

Great experience overall. We were there for an ivf. You see the doctor only once or twice and the rest of the process is done with nurses. Yes you need to wait to make an appointment, yes you need to wait in line when you get there and yes there are different nurses following you but! I mean that’s the health are system. We waited once for a few hours but it was because the doctor was booked for triple his capacity, mistakes happen… they apologized a few times for that. The nurses are quick, they see tons of people a day, but they take the time to answer your questions. I also called a few times and they answered all of my questions. Depending on what nurse you get, they double check also to make sure you’re all good before leaving.

Most of the nurses are usually very nice. Once a nurse called me twice about something extremely important and I missed it. I was so worried as it’s end of Friday and I would have to wait until Monday. But I was relieved after listening to her detailed voicemail. Even better is she called me the third time and I got it and received detailed instructions for next steps. I was so touched by her efforts. She is truly an angel.

I’m an egg donor and even though I had my first appointment the doctor and another one with the psy, it’s been 4 months now that I’ve been trying to get an appointment. My tests are all done… it’s ridiculous how poor is the service. They’ve canceled my appointment 45 minutes with Dr. Dahan before and never reschedule since July… Private will always be the best.

One star, is only for the doctor who is very helpful and doing his best to help us! I Cannot give any rate for the communication staffs (Agents) and some nurses. They are so rude, impatience, very awful, and unprofessional. I never had a call that it went well, every time I call, I needed to wait for more than an hour, and once I reached them, either transfer me to a different department because they can't help me, and no one will answer, or I will get a nurse who will scream and pressure you and act as professional once you got provoke. Very very poor service when it comes to communication.

If you have a better option, do not choose the MUHC. They never answer the phone, you'll wait hours in the waiting room to see the doctor for 30 seconds and they will make you resent the whole process. They should be making it easier on you, but you can't even change or cancel an appointment.

Staff does what they can and are professional but the clinic as a whole is highly disorganized and unresponsive at best. Appointment times are seldom respected and at times, not even honored. Good luck trying to reach a receptionist or leave a voice-mail. There's always an excuse. Do not recommend.

I don't like bad reviews but seriously, I need to take a day off each time I need to talk with them.  How can this be possible ? Once, we had to go in person to get an appointment for an ultrasound because the receptionist told us there were no remaining slots ... but we're having an IVF and we paid 4500$ for that. This fertility clinic is a joke. You need to book an appointment 3months before to get your ultrasound results AND at the end the doctor never called you the day of your appointment than you’ve been waiting for so long. So far I had 3 appointments with fertility doctor, booked each 2months ahead. Doctor never called me nor answer email or phone call. Don’t hope to have someone over the phone at the reception, they’re always busy and they never answered. I work as a nurse in a hospital but I can’t excuse them for not meeting their engagements. I’ll NOT recommend ever this clinic.. sorry

I have been waiting for 3 months just for a call back to schedule a first appointment (wait time at least 4 months). I followed the website directions and emailed my referral and then called. The first time I called, the receptionist abruptly asked me to call back another day, since Monday's are so busy for them. The next time I called the receptionist was really confused as to why I was calling and they told me THEY would call ME within about 2-3 weeks of when they got to my email. Then she looked for my emailed referral and didnt find it. So I re-sent it, restarting the clock. Currently 2 weeks after that and no phone call yet. I do not feel optimistic, its the kind of thing where you're pretty sure your request fell through the cracks. All in all, if I am lucky, it will be 7 months between the first time I sent the referral and a first appointment.

Literally the worst …. I waited almost 4 hours . My appointment was at 10 am …. Didn’t pass before 13:30 . Inacceptable!! Specially that I’m paying fully for my treatment . Dr DEMIRTAS, EZGI you definitely need to do better … I understand you’re busy but we all have to work and we are all busy . I am a laying client. It’s not professional at all .

I've called them many times and they don't answer me. Also, I sent them an email and still no response. My doctor recommended me to call in order to (pay for calendar) to start my IVF but unfortunately they don't care. One time a lady answered me and quickly hanged up. Not sure how I will deal with them and start my treatment! Try to avoid them if you can.

I have requested several times the prescriptions that the doctor has given to me (as she is somehow unable to send them by email to me herself), absolutely *no one* answers the calls, and recently nobody answers the emails either. If you want to get your baby fast (and not wait until it is too late), I strongly suggest you go to another clinic. EDIT: We don't trust the doctors and therefore, have decided to change the clinic. Looking forward to find a good one in Montreal, where patients are treated humanely and with respect.

Exasperated doesn't even begin to cover what we're feeling. Impossible to reach anyone, mailboxes full, no one picks up then the line cuts. Emails go unanswered. It's as if IVF and IUI aren't TIME SENSITIVE matters. You can easily miss your window and then well too bad, eh? I wish we had better options, but unfortunately this is it.

It's impossible to speak to them over the phone. I have waited for 1h on the line in several occasions, I've tried all the lines options, and only the nurse picked it up and transferred me. They asked you to call in your 1st day of your menstruation to book the ultrasound that needs to be done between day 1-5, but there were not spots available, so you have to wait another month. This happened to me twice, at the end I did the ultrasound privately to move the process. More than 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting to be called to discuss the results, and,again impossible to reach them by phone.

Just finished our first round of iui (unsuccessful, but we're getting back into the ring!). Reading reviews made me a tad nervous but, honestly, we have had a good experience to date. Waiting for the train to leave the station was a little long but we're living through a pandemic and it's understandable that medical resources (including humans) are being allocated based on priority. Our doctor is really nice and the staff has been kind and accommodating

May 2021 I had my second ivf cycle. My first was in 2017. The meds and appointments were easy that time around but the retrieval was the worst. Horrible reaction. This time around was much better and I have to thank the doctors and nurses and staff of the center. Due to covid I had to do it alone. Scary. But the nurses were very supportive of my needs. The PAB was so kind to me. Dr. Beckett and his team (I hope that's his name, the director) were very helpful. They answered all my questions, talked me through each step. Nurse Jessica (again I hope that's her name), thank you for holding my hand. These times aren't easy and this process is hard but this team helped get my through it.

It really breaks my heart to write this, because under normal circumstances this place is amazing! Today was my 3rd treatment of IUI, and it was traumatizing. The last two times the procedure was done by my doctor, and it went amazing zero pain, however today it was this other doctor who did the treatment. When I asked where was my doctor she said why did you ask for him, and I answered no, it’s just the last 2 times it was him, I was just curious if he would join us later or would it be her giving the treatment. She proceeded to tell me oh no the doctors don’t usually give the IUI treatments if they do it’s to help us out. Now keep in mind at this point she hadn't given me her name, but I trusted her seeing as she seemed pretty confident. So I lay down as instructed, and she proceeded to insert the speculum, and MY GOD THE PAIN, she literally jammed it in and couldn’t place it properly, the said it was to big changed the speculum, and was not able to find the cervix, and was so incredibly rough, I yelled at her to stop immediately, it felt almost violating. She then said oh you need to relax, as if it was my fault asked me to take my hands make fist and put them under my bum, which I have never done in all my life, and I’ve been doing Pap smears since the age of 18. So she finally gets it in properly, and now needs to insert the catheter, my god the pain I literally jumped from the sharp pain. She then finished, I got dressed, went to my car and cried. It was the most terrible experience ever. I really hope this treatment works because I really don’t want to go through that again with her. I wish I had her name so I could prevent other women from going through that pain.

I want to advise all couples going through infertility and who have decided to undergo IVF. Do not waste your time and money at a public institution, this is a very sensitive period, every month counts, you are not getting any younger. Avoid the public institution, invest in private, and seek alternatives. I dont know if its the lack of resources, or facilities, but we've had a very negative experience at the MUHC. For some context, we've underwent 2 IVF cycles, 1 successful (ended in miscarriage) and the other a failure. Heres some advice that I wish I was told: 1) nurses never explained my calendar, I had to ASK for an explanation, you will not have the support and empathy you need from the employees there 2) both IVF cycles did not yield ANY frozen embryos, our third cycle at a private clinic yielded 5. Either it was the protocol or the conditions they put our embryos in, my gut tells me the MUHC does not have the facilities to maintain healthy embryos and enough space to freeze. 3) you will likely have a trainee or fellow operate on you, I never had a doctor conduct either the collection or transfer. Remember they are still in training, their skills are under development. Thats a lot of risk considering the money and emotional investment spent. My gut tells me that my second cycle was unsuccessful because of the fellow who conducted my collection, she was aggressive and I required a week to recover. At a private center, the doctor will preform the procedures. 4) unless covered by RAMQ, you will be spending a lot of money on this. Invest it in a private institution that has the resources and facilities to provide you with the care you need. The top in Montreal are Ovo clinique and Fertilys. 5) The worst part was after my unsuccessful cycle, my next appointment just to SPEAK to my doctor was 6 months away. This does NOT make sense, after undergoing a procedure, it is standard practice to schedule a followup within 1MONTH post op to discuss the cycle and alternative options, 6 month wait to speak to my doctor is ridiculous. Infertility is very lonely and one of the worst experiences to go through, GO PRIVATE, it will save you money, time and maintain your sanity. If you're going through this, feel free to reach out to talk.

Avoid as much as possible the receptionist with a latin accent, she is very rude, very unprofessional, so mean, heartless, she treats patients who are struggling with infertility with disrespect. So disappointed, Dr Dahan is all about the money, doesn’t care about the best interest of his patients and their success.

This is cookie-cutter service. You’re just a number and will go through the exact same protocol as everyone else despite your individual challenges. If your doctor is Demers, be prepared to wait an hour to two after your scheduled appointment to be seen. Either there is a huge language barrier or she just misunderstood my results and was pushing for me to undergo the $5500 IVF procedure again. She would be better as a used car salesman. Needless to say, I don’t go here anymore. Do yourself the same favour. I’m still in chock at how two doctors can have such a different approach and prognosis.

The service and communication are awful. They don’t reply, Even for treatment emergencies. They don’t take any consideration of specific individual needs and they realize their mistakes once it’s too late...(while you already advised them twice !) The ultrasound monitoring is poorly done (big mistakes in their counting and measurements). You spend more than 10000 dollars and no one reply to the phone. Never see or talk to a doctor during the entire IVF treatment.This is not serious at all.

I was given 1% chances of getting pregnant in Procrea, at the MUHC Doctor Dahan gave me a chance and believed in my case, thanks to him  I have a beautiful one year old baby boy, I understood fast that the waiting time was long so I was always ready with something to read and to eat while waiting, the nurses were impecable to me and since I had to do Insemination twice they already knew me and helped me with everything, they guided me through the process. I had an ectopic pregnancy after the first insemination and they were doing blood tests to me every day to be sure the hormones levels were ok and the ectopic pregnancy was not a risk for my health. I only had one bad experience with a Doctor in practice, it was once and I told him I didn't want to be seen by him during any of my check ups, I complaint formally againts him and never had to see him again. Once my baby boy was born I returned to the clinic to introduce my baby to this amazing team that made this possible.

Well let me start by saying that once you enter this place you are actually greeted by a nice welcoming receptionist, but once you get that number it's all downhill from there. Absolutely terrible waiting time, and the music is so loud , for God's sake who plays virgin music blasting in a place like this.!!! And God forbid you have to do a blood test here, it's another waiting festival, so if you are a couple and you want to see a specialist with a few tests. Bring your Sleeping bag with you and some food and don't drive , take public transportation , you will need to refill that parking meter 2 or three times if you drive, that is if and only if you ever find a parking spot. An awful location that comes with mediocre service and waiting times from hell.

The in person service is great, however is it only me, or it takes a long time to speak to someone over the phone? Over three hours waiting..

J'avoue que lorsque j'ai lu certains avis ici, je me suis demandé si nous avions vraiment fréquenté le même établissement. Certes, l'organisation n'est pas toujours au top, mais depuis que j'utilise les services de santé ici au Québec, je constate que ce point n'est pas un point fort partout, donc je m'y attendais. En revanche, je félicite l'équipe d'infirmiers et d'intervenants qui m'ont accompagnée durant mon traitement. J'ai trouvé de l'empathie dans nos échanges, de la bienveillance durant les consultations. Je me suis sentie entourée d'une équipe passionnée et qui m'a toujours bien accueillie. J'avais fait le même traitement en France, et donc j'ai des références qui me permettent de dire que je suis très satisfaite de la prise en charge qu'on m'a accordée. Je n'ai pas beaucoup vu le Dr REINBLATT, mais je pense que c'est normal. L'important, c'est que l'équipe communique entre elle et qu'on transmette les bonnes informations. J'estime avoir été bien suivie par elle et je lui en suis reconnaissante. Je remercie toute l'équipe médicale de cette clinique, vous avez rendu ce parcours moins lourd ! Be blessed!

Personne n’a jamais répondu à mes multiples emails, et personne ne décroche jamais au téléphone. À croire qu’il n’y a littéralement personne staffé à cet endroit. Pour les francophones, c'est McGill, il y a beaucoup de staff qui parle en anglais. La grande majorité de ce staff est bilingue et s'exprime très bien en français mais j'en ai eu qui comprennait le français mais qui ne le parlait pas et une personne qui ne le comprennait pas et qui ne le parlait pas. Il y a toujours moyen de se faire servir uniquement en français, mais vous risquez d'avoir un peu plus d'attente. Conclusion, c'est pas parfait comme tous nos établissements de santé au public, mais c'est correct. Soyez patient, ne soyez pas bêtes avec le staff, ils font vraiment le mieux qu'ils peuvent. Pour notre part, nous attendons toujours notre petit miracle. C'est tout ce que j'ai à écrire après 7 mois de traitements dans cette clinique pour des IUI. EDIT: Je suis tombée enceinte le cycle ou j’ai écris les précédentes lignes. Nous avions un rendez-vous avec Dr. Reinblatt car nous allions commencé la FIV après les fêtes. Nos rendez-vous étaient pris pour commencez la FIV et j’ai eu mon positif une semaine plus tard. Après ma prise se sang, je n’ai pas eu l’appel pour confirmer la grossesse. Par contre, après la fermeture de la clinique, il y avait l’option pour parler à un médecin de garde pour avoir les résultats attendus.

Il est vrai que c'est TRÈS difficile d'avoir la ligne pour prendre rendez-vous. J'ai attendu 7.5h avant qu'on me réponde...oui 7.5h....mais j'ai eu un redez-vous le lendemain matin. Une fois pris en charge, tout va super bien. De la réception, aux docteurs et infermieres, tous sont tellement gentils et professionnels. Ils sont a l'écoute et prennent bien le temps de bien expliquer les choses. (a l'exception d'une infermiere qui nous a un peu bousculer avec la paprasses, mais bon... ) Autre petit bémol, le respect des heures de rendez-vous. On doit attendre alors prévoyez plus de temps...

Tout d'abord, il est important de savoir que c'est une clinique public et comme dans tout ce qui est public , on ne peut pas s'attendre à un service extraordinaire versus le privée. Oui c'est vrai que c'est difficile avoir la ligne et que l'attente lors des rdv est longue , il y a toujours du retard, mais vous n'êtes pas chez Fertylis ou chez Ovo , vous êtes au public alors c'est tellement normal. Il faut s'apporter quelque chose pour passer le temps. Les secrétaires sont gentilles et accueillantes. Les infirmières et les médecins aussi. Je n'ai rien à dire sur les services qu'on a reçu, ils savent très bien ce qu'ils font. C'est vrai par contre qu'ils parlent plus en anglais mais au final on a toujours réussit à se comprendre. Souvent au début ils disent english or french ? Nous avons adoré notre docteur Reinblatt, très gentille. Au final, on a aimé notre expérience mais si vous n'êtes pas prêts à attendre et tout ça, vous devriez opter pour une clinique privée.

J’ai eu des traitements de fécondation in vitro auprès de cette clinique au printemps et à l’été 2021. J’avais fait beaucoup de recherche avant de les choisir et honnêtement, j’ai eu un suivi exceptionnel. Tous les médecins, infirmières et spécialistes qui se sont occupés de mon dossier ont été d’un professionnalisme exemplaire et ils ont vraiment su me mettre en confiance. Je me suis sentie encadrée et soutenue à travers tout le processus. Aujourd’hui, enceinte de 24 semaines, je ne les remercierai jamais assez de me permettre de réaliser mon rêve d’être Maman. Je tiens aussi à préciser que les commentaires négatifs sur Google ne représente aucunement mon expérience avec la clinique. Pour les francophones, il est à savoir que certains professionnels sont surtout anglophones (donc, c’est probablement plus facile si vous vous débrouillez un peu en anglais). Par contre, plusieurs parlent français. Pour conclure, je les recommande vivement pour la qualité des soins offerts qui est exceptionnelle. Merci à toute l’équipe et continuez votre bon travail!

Depuis avril 2022 et j'ai rencontré qu'une seule fois là fameuse Dr.Dimertas Impossible d'appeler pour un rv Dr.Dimertas annule même des rv sans préavis ... le temps avance et mes chances diminuent considérablement pour un FIV. Ne prenez SURTOUT PAS DR.DIMERTAS !!! La gestion est déplorable.!!!! Gros manque de proffessionnalisme Gros manque d'écoute Et nous sommes traité en objet ou de simples numéros choisi au hasard !! Si je pouvais noter -10 je me donnerais à coeur joie ! FAITE ATTENTION !

Les patients sont un objet dans cette clinique. C'est très frustrant, mon médecine était Demirtas puis honnêtement je l'ai vu une seule fois, elle na aucune sorte d'empathie pour les femmes qui traversent un processus aussi difficile. Un processus FIV où vous ne voyez jamais votre médecin, où vous ne pouvez jamais poser de questions à votre médecin, on essaye de se communiquer avec les infirmières pour poser des questions et ils répondent jamais. Après avoir échoué un traitement FIV, on a pleine de question a poser puis le RDV plus proche est 2 mois après. Si vous avez l'opportunité d'aller dans autre endroit , je vous conseille fortement et utiliser votre FIV dans une clinique ou minimum le cote humain soit présent.

C’est la seule clinique qui a répondu rapidement et avec qui nous avons eu un rdv rapide (1 mois et demi) il y a bientôt 3 ans! Service plus discutable au début lors des iui mais avions confiance en notre médecin alors qu’on a pas eu ce feeling ailleurs lors de second avis. Soutien incroyable, empathique et personnalisé des infirmières lors de nos FIV! Retour et suivis téléphoniques toujours fait. Oui, il y a de l’attente et des délais mais c’est partout le cas surtout en pandémie alors que le personnel est réduit!

Je suis suivis depuis janvier, j'ai été patiente et compréhensive mais s'en est trop! Impossible de parler avec quelqu'un, je peux appeler 20 fois dans la même journée sans jamais réussir à avoir mon RDV pour un ultrasons lors du jour 1 de mon cycle... Ce qui cause beaucoup d'anxiété et de stress, en plus de tout décaler mon cycle et mes injections. De plus, si vous voulez des explications et des détails sur les étapes par lesquelles vous allez passer ou sur votre condition, eh bien ne soyez pas trop plein d'espoir pour en avoir. Bref, je termine ce cycle ci, si toute fois je fini par avoir mon RDV, et je change de clinique. Ma santé mental vaut plus que ça !

Bonjour, Je ne sais plus a qui parler, je ne comprends pas ce comportement déplorable et le service que vous êtes en train d’offrir aux citoyens. Le médecin m’a prescrit un médicament contre la Thyroïde le 21 juillet, il m’a dit que parce qu’il rencontre des problèmes techniques il ne peut pas m’envoyer ma prescription, mais que jeudi il passe à la clinique et va la donner à la secrétaire et que ça peut aller jusqu’à 2 semaines avant qu’elle me contacte. J’ai demandé si je pouvais aller la chercher moi-même et m’a confirmé qu’à partir de vendredi, je peux aller à tout moment. Je suis allée le samedi 1 aout aout pour qu’on la donne me l’imprime. Personne ne pouvait m’aider. On me dit d’attendre que la secrétaire me contacte. Entre temps, je reçois un courriel de fertilite@muhc.mcgill.ca pour que je leur envoie des informations pour la pharmacie. Et depuis silence total. Je rappelle la clinique après des journées d’essais et des heures d’attente on me dit on peut rien faire. Il y a 2 semaines soit le 27aout, je réécris au même courriel, je dis que je n’ai pas de nouvelles, est-ce que je peux savoir quand est ce qu’on peut ma demande de prescription? Le lent demain, mon pharmacien m’appelle pour me dire qu’il a reçu la prescription. La question pourquoi, j’ai dû me casser la tête comme ça parce que le médecin a eu un problème technique? Pourquoi ça devient mon problème? Pourquoi je ne peux pas avoir du service? J’ai commencé à prendre ce médicament le 31 août sachant que je devais appeler en septembre pour prendre un RENDEZ-VOUS pour les prises de sang ainsi qu’un rendez-vous avec Dr Dahan. Depuis le 3 septembre, je n’ai pas réussi à parler avec 1 personne, le système me dit qu’on reçoit un volume d’appel important rappelez un autre moment. Aujourd’hui j’ai appelé 3 fois le matin une fois en PM et l’autre a 15h20. Ce dernier n’a pas raccroché, mais mis en attente pour la première fois depuis le 3 septembre, j’attend pour 45 minutes et la madame qui répond frustré dés le premier bonjour. Je lui explique la situation et elle m’a interrompu négativement à chaque mot et ne me laissait même pas finir mon explication. J’ai dit attendait je ne fais qu’appliquer ce qu’on me dit, ça m’a fâché j’ai dit : c’est quoi on meurt nous les clients, donnez-moi un RENDEZ-VOUS avec le médecin, ce n’était plus possible que je parle. Elle me met en attente sans aucune explication et me revient avec j’ai seulement le 30 septembre et commence a me demander mon nom et ma date de naissance. J’ai alors dit comment je peux me plaindre de la service du médecin, de la secrétaire, du service que vous êtres entrain de me donner, elle dit c’est le site internet et je ne vous ai rien fait, après elle me raccroche au nez, je n’ai même pas pu placer un mot. Au secours j’ai perdu mon temps, mon énergie, ça fait 1 an et demi passer avec cette clinique. je suis désespérément à la recherche d’un service de support. Je paye mes impôts pour avoir du service, je ne comprends pas comment on peut faire fonctionner une entreprise de cette manière. Je suis au bout du gouffre. Est-ce qu’on fait ça exprès pour perdre des clients? Est-ce que je dois tomber malade parce que j’ai décidé d’aller avec vous? Quelqu’un peut me répondre? Comment le service a la clientèle se réserve le droit de ,e raccrocher au nez sans m’écouter et sans répondre à mes besoins. Je me dis si je me plains a la personne au téléphone elle peut rapporter les enjeux que la clinique rencontre a sa gestionnaire. C’est notre voix pour la clinique. Je n’ai pas insulté la madame je n’ai rien dit contre sa personne je n’ai juste pas aimé la manière comment elle me répond et me traite. Je demandais du respect. Maintenant j’aimerai savoir comment on peut adresser ce problème??? Merci

Pour une clinique publique, c'est très bien. Ce n'est pas du privé donc normal d'attendre pour nos rendez vous. Professionnel compétent mais si vous ne parlez pas du tout anglais, ça va être compliqué pour vous. N'oubliez pas que c'est le centre de recherche universitaire McGill (Oui oui une école anglaise). Bref, nous avons eu une bonne expérience considérant nos attentes réalistes face au système publique et un beau bébé en santé à ce jour :) Nous y retournerons sous peu pour bébé #2 !

1h15 d'attente en ligne pour prendre rdv pour finalement se terminer par la ligne qui est coupée. Je dois rappeler encore et encore et encore. Toujours le même résultat. Beaucoup de temps d'attente de perdu (45 minutes, 75 minutes, 35 minutes, etc..). Le système de prises de rende-vous est vraiment désastreux. Ça n'aide pas à rester Zen ... C'est décourageant. Oui, c'et public, mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes.

Évidemment, on attend souvent beaucoup avant un rendez-vous. Mais toute l'équipe est formidable. J'ai consulté en infertilité dans d'autres cliniques auparavant, mais c'est ici que j'ai eu le soutien et les soins dont j'ai besoin. J'espère que mon prochain cycle verra un petit miracle se pointer :)

Nous avions fait affaire avec Procréa avant de changer pour McGill et nous avons eu l'impression d'enfin faire affaire avec une équipe proactive qui se souciait vraiment de notre projet de bébé. L'attente peut être parfois longue, mais c'est parce qu'ils prennent vraiment le temps avec les patients qu'ils rencontrent !!!!

Après avoir utilisé leurs services à plusieurs reprises, je dois malheureusement confirmer que le service des employés est souvent brusque et ils ne lisent pas toujours les indications laissées en dossier par le ou la spécialiste. Le personnel priorise en plus de parler seulement en anglais, même quand on parle poliment en français...En bref, il faut s'ajuster à leurs besoins et non pas le contraire...
