I had a really good experience with this clinic. Samiya was my ultasound technician and she was really helpful and very sweet. The front desk is also nice. Marceil the blood test technician was also very sweet and polite. They made me feel comfortable in every visit. Great work done. I would recommend this clinic to everyone who is seeking medical help to get pregnant

I have been to many NewLife locations and this is by far my favourite one! Everyone at this clinic is so kind and helpful. From the moment you walk in you get greeted with a welcoming smile from Nilab who is super helpful, to the smooth ultrasound sessions with Samia and Rabia who are both so wonderful, to getting your blood drawn by the cheerful Marisol, who always asks you about how you're feeling. Everyone is so caring and makes a stressful experience less stressful. I always looked forward to seeing the ladies at this clinic. I will always remember them all! <3<3<3

Samia at the scarborough location is literally the best person to do my ultrasound. I met her when i first started coming in for my bloodwork and ultrasound and she really stood out to me the way she went about it and eased me unlike one of the nurses at the Concord location who didn’t even talk to me and was just very harsh in putting the stick in and moving it around even when i told her it was hurting me. Overall the newlife locations have good staffing but Concord was not it at all. Scarborough and Mississauga are my favourite places with Samia being such a good staff. People deserve recognition and i wanna give her that because i truly have thought about her each time i was at the clinic for an ultrasound

This location is highly recommended. Dr. Wong has taken proper care and instructed the steps to be noted very clearly. Nurse Devika was friendly and helped me through out the procedure. Samia and Marecil are two beautiful souls and treated me with so much love and never caused a little a pain during the test procedures. Nilab was so friendly and welcoming every time I visit.
