Very rude staff. Just called them on phone to enquire about the services and the reply was "Well we can't treat you over the phone". Like I said, didn't even share any medical history or ask for medical opinio/care. I get that you might have to repeat yourself all day with all kinds of questions but if you don't even have the patience to answer basic questions that too first thing in the morning, then may be it's high time you quit and do something else with your life. Terrible experience!

Not the biggest fan of having to travel In for 15 minute meetings but I appreciate Dr Abu and Katie so so much. They are easy to work with and helped my fiance and I along our conception journey. Again, I'm a brat so the travel for the appointment isn't ideal but it is worth it for the care you get at omega.

Dollar store of fertility clinics. My partner and I spent over a year at this clinic. Staff are rude & unprofessional. We have spent thousands of dollars only to be diagnosed with “unexplained infertility”. We left for a new clinic and my wife is pregnant after the first doctor visit.

We had a consult with Dr. Jackie Hollett-Caines. She was incredibly positive, comforting/reassuring and overall was very professionally down-to-earth, putting our minds at ease with her presence.

Appalling behaviour. Dr. tells me one thing, that he will refer me to another doctor for removal of fibroid. Second doctor replies 'Dr. said there is nothing wrong with you so what do you want us to do? Besides, your dr. won't leave until April, so call him instead'. Dr. 1 washes his hands with me, Dr. 2 wants nothing to do with me..... Now original secretary won't reply to me, she won't even send me my results so I can get help elsewhere. Honestly, if you are not going to help, don't get in the way. If could give less than one star, I would.

I was not sure the Doctor has enough experience and knowledge of endometriosis… i suggested no pain but he kept of referring me pain management medications.

Disappointed with their services. Dr. Hollet-Caines stated she had checked my thyroid level - saying it was good. When my husband met with the urologist he stated there was nothing further they could do. And that IVF was the only route. Due to Omega’s IVF clinic not being open - we were referred to Mississauga. I declined based on distance and traveling. I found another clinic in KW - who’s waitlist for funded IVF was only 8mth wait; where as Omega's waitlist was 24 months. The new clinic provided further testing and found my thyroid to be high and placed me on medication. We also completed more testing - a swab, which they found an infection - which shows no symptoms and can affect 15% of infertility cases, and placed us on antibiotics. Do your homework, ask questions, choose a clinic that feels right to you.

My husband and I have been struggling with undiagnosed infertility for 5 years. We have been to several other fertility clinics in southern Ontario and have had multiple rounds of IUI and one unsuccessful round of IVF. Infertility has left me anxious and unsure about our future. We met this morning with Dr. Basim Abu Rafea & Dr. Alex and immediately regained hope for our fertility journey. The doctor was very empathetic to our struggles (was the first time I had a doctor actually acknowledge this). I feel a new surge of motivation and positivity in regards to our fertility journey and am hoping to work towards our goal, a healthy baby. ❤️
