If you care about doctor and nurse knowledge and expertise, your safety, your comfort, your time, or your money, this is not the place for you. It is disheartening to me that this place is allowed to run as a medical facility, and I regret deeply doing my social egg freezing here. The gross negligence here I would attribute to Dr. Williams alone (she is a very nice person but unfortunately not an attentive doctor). It is not the fault of the staff that they are untrained. Like others have commented, you can tell there is zero care about the success of the procedures. This is simply a for-profit business and they received their payment either way. I cannot even imagine how horrible, distressing, and unsafe it would be to do IVF with this clinic. I urge you to go elsewhere.

Please don't waste your money and time at this clinic. I wasted my 2 years 3 IUI and one Govt funded cycles at this clinic. Extremely unprofessional behaviour of Dr Tanya Williams. Just try to make money and has zero concerns about the patients.i had 24 follicles and she only retrieved 4 embryos and wasted them all. Upon inquiry she bluntly said that she Dont know whts going on. She offered us 2nd ivf right away to male money. Please dont waste tome and money on this clinic. I wasted almost $15000 in this unprofessional clinic. Please save your time and money.

I visited this downtown clinic today for the first time for a procedure and the nurses were so amazing. Janet who prepped me was a sweetheart and Cecilia who was by my side in the room, was probably the best nurse I've ever had. Dr williams as always, is an amazing doctor who always helps answer your questions and has a calm and kind demenor! I can't thank thr trio team in North York enough from the ultrasound crew, the blood lab and the nurses, Melissa my IVF nurse has been just amazing. Thank you Kushalini
