I do not have enough words to describe how I feel about Tripod Fertility. Dr Chloe Roumain and Dr Fred Dzineku are truly amazing Doctors. I have been feeling unwell and uncomfortable for a long period of time, once I approached Dr Roumain with my concerns she immediately acted to help me with my ongoing issue. She explored every avenue to find an answer for me with concerns and kept in constant contact to monitor how my symptoms were and how I was feeling. Dr Roumain went above and beyond to help, She always made time for me and followed up every chance she could. Always finding a way to do more. Thankfully after my procedure yesterday , from her referral ,I feel a little better today. Dr Roumain is an angel !! Not only is she a wonderful gynecologist , she is a humanitarian !! She truly cares about all aspects of medicine and her patients. The world needs more Doctors like Dr .Chloe Roumain. Thank you Dr Roumain & Team Judy Walsh

Tripod helped create our embryos in November 2021 and we found them excellent to deal with at that time. However, when we found a surrogate and returned for embryo transfer, our experience and that of our surrogate was shockingly poor. Many staff did not seem to know basic information, the transfer preparation process was mishandled and laden with errors and anxiety, staff kept passing the buck and there was no engagement from the doctors, and our surrogate reported being treated very rudely and blamed for errors that were the responsibility of the clinic. I could not recommend this clinic to others in good conscience.

What we really appreciated the most about Dr. Dzineku was his ability to really look at our situation as a unique case and offer a tailored, educated solution. After years of secondary infertility, and many miscarriages we were able to have our miracle baby thanks to this clinic. Dr. Dzineku offered further testing, and a tailored protocol instead of pushing IVF on us like other clinics did. He also had the foresight to transfer us to a high risk OBGYN, who followed us closely, which ultimately was again another right decision for our case since we ended up delivering earlier than expected. It's also important to add that the rest of the team, the radiologists, nurses, front desk, lab technicians, anyone we interacted with in the clinic, were really caring and professional. What we appreciate the most is that they always took our concerns seriously and made us feel supported throughout.Thank you Tripod Fertility for all that you do!

After a year+ of terrible experiences at another clinic, I thankfully found Tripod Fertility. The clinic is warm and welcoming, with top notch staff in every position from front desk to nurses to accounting- and of course Dr D! They are personable and very responsive, extremely patient. I came to Dr D from another clinic having another IVF egg retrieval and 4 transfers resulting in 3 miscarriages. He listened to my story and we adjusted my protocol, which resulted in my beautiful daughter on the first embryo transfer of our batch with Tripod! We also have 4 more pgta embryos on ice with Tripod which is amazing, and such a different result from the previous clinic. Regardless of the outcome, the whole experience from the start has been wonderful with Tripod and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I am exceedingly pleased that I limited my appointments with Dr. Dzineku to just a few. To my disappointment, he consistently arrived a half-hour late for each of our initial meetings. When I expressed my concern regarding his punctuality, he appeared dismissive, attributing his tardiness to his professional status as a doctor. However, I firmly believe that one's chosen profession should not excuse a lack of consideration, particularly when one is personally financing private services. I may even contemplate sending him an invoice for my valuable time, although that is a matter for another discussion. Furthermore, Dr. Dzineku seemed incapable of correctly identifying me, repeatedly addressing me as 'ma'me,' despite my name being clearly listed in his patient chart. What was most disconcerting, though, was his immediate recommendation of IVF without conducting any diagnostic tests. His assertion that I needed to pursue such an expensive and invasive procedure solely based on my age of 39 and six months of attempting conception left me questioning his motives. It felt like an opportunistic attempt to profit rather than a well-considered medical opinion. Consequently, I sought a different clinic for my healthcare needs and am now content with my decision. Lastly, if you are contemplating entrusting your time, resources, and finances to Dr. Dzineku, I strongly recommend conducting thorough research about him on "Rate my MD." I was taken aback by the number of women who had shared similar experiences with him, which is truly regrettable.

Dr. Dzineku and the Tripod team have been nothing short of amazing in an otherwise difficult fertility journey for my husband and I! We travelled to the clinic from Alberta specifically to get better answers for our recurrent miscarriages and were treated with kindness, compassion and attention to detail from the entire team. We felt very seen and heard by Dr. Dzineku and always felt like he took the time to answer questions and understand our concerns. He investigated and treated the root immune causes of our infertility and, after our very first IVF transfer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl 9 months later! My experience with Dr. Dzineku has been excellent. He is the best doctor I ever met. Before I found Tripod Fertility, I had previous miscarriages and was almost without hope. Even though I conceived naturally, this doctor focused on finding the cause of my miscarriages. Thanks to his treatment, today I’m 31 weeks pregnant. Now the time has come to say goodbye, as I have been transferred to an obstetrician. It’s truly a bittersweet feeling, I will miss the consultations at the clinic. The nurses, receptionists , lab technicians, radiologists are wonderful and I have no complaints. Thank you Dr. Dzineku, God bless you, your family and colleagues. Tripod has a new and modern facility, caring staff and great medical care. I’m a long term patient under Dr.Dzineku and he has been extremely helpful, passionate, and patient with my fertility case and needs. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone starting their fertility journey.

1) Clinic Very clean with welcoming and calm ambience. Managed properly so you rarely see overcrowded waiting room. No matter if it's a fertility treatment or normal pregnancy visits, you'll receive the same care and attention. 2) Staff Very professional, caring and kind staff (they always smile at you and are courteous and respectful). Trying to help you out with your needs and questions. 3) Doctor Dzineku Very knowledgeable and kind. He listens, explains everything, is candid and thorough and understands patient's needs. Although they refer the patients to OB/GYN for delivery, they told us to keep in touch with any question we may have or if we need to visit them again which is very thoughtful of them. So far my appointments have been easy over the computer we have a dr assigned to us and last time we spoke to them we were thinking about trying IUI. I have a biological child with my ex but my new husband and I have had no luck trying to conceive naturally. I am absolutely heartbroken I love my husband and want to give him a baby so badly. I hope the bad reviews are just ppl who maybe weren’t a good fit for the clinic or dr, it’s disheartening to read those reviews because I know how sad it can be not being able to make a baby on your own. To everyone trying I wish you luck and I also hope my husband and I can too succeed with tripod. So far I have hope and they have been very polite and nice to us.
