Every fertility journey is different and daunting. I’m very happy I went with Twig for my egg freezing process back in December 2023. The clinic has a spa like vibe, very clean and beautiful. I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and empathy demonstrated by all staff. Everyone from the front desk to nurses were so kind, friendly and clear in communication, they instantly made me feel at ease and answer all my questions to the point. I never thought I would look forward to every appointment. Special shoutout to Jennifer at the reception who took care of my mom when she was waiting for me :)

The clinic itself is stylish, classy, upscale & comfortable. It really elevates an experience that can otherwise be stressful and daunting for some individuals. You always feel welcome and so far my correspondence with anyone on the team has been so pleasant. I am in the middle of my fertility journey (trying for baby #2, at 40 years old) and the entire team is so communicative & proactive. For example: blood work, follow up & prescriptions all organized in a matter of hours. And if they can't get a hold of you by phone, you get an email right away. I can't thank Twig fertility more. This is clinic is out of classic fertility clinic standards. From the moment you enter you feel like in Spa, making the experience smooth and comfortable. Care and Nurses team are actually interested in you, and are always looking for the best choice when TTC. They took care of us with the best treatment options for 4 month before we conceived, and stayed close to us for the first 12 weeks of our pregnancy! I definitely recommend this clinic!!!
