Point positifs: les webinaires sont bien faits et permettent d'avoir beaucoup d'info sur les traitements proposés. Point négatifs: c'est l'usine. Il manque l'aspect humain, surtout au niveau du personnel médical, que j'ai trouvé très froid. J'ai eu l'impression de n'être qu'une liste de tests, un âge et un porte-monnaie. Première consultation payante, alors qu'elle ne dure que 5 minutes. L'accueil des patients potentiels est à revoir.

i got bad infection in my ovary after three cycle, i have fever and sweating profusely for straight one week before the doctor figure out that i have an infection in my ovary which almost cause sepsis if the doctor didn’t found out cause i was hesitant to be admitted at the hospital first because i’m busy at work, thanks God my doctor save me here in Faroe Island

I had the first consultation with a doctor called Alenka Sirovec, who is not mentioned int the website of the clinic.Then, I was not informe that the procedure will be performed by another doctor, Mr. Mihajlo Strelec. The reception staff is kind, but in my opinion there is a lack of transparence concerning doctors working there. The worse point for me was that this guy had the courage to say that I was not in pain just after finishing the procedure, when I still was. That was my experience in this clinic and I'd like to share it because I believe that knowing who works in the clinic is a relevant point for choosing it or not. I don’t recommend it.

We have been at Vitanova during the summer for fertilty treatment. We liked the clinic very much. Its a very welcoming and familiar place. The staff was very professional, empathic and attentive. En France on m as annoncer une insuffisance ovarienne et impossibilité de tomber enceinte sauf miracle . Tentative de 2 inseminations en Espagne avec stimulation a très grosses doses sans succès. Fiv au danemark avec stimulation également mais dosage moins important et j ai pu avoir 4 ovocyte et suit l heureuse maman d un petit garçon de 2 ans. Le suivi est rapide personnalisé.  Le personnel est bienveillant à comparer de l Espagne ou c etait l'usine. Je recommande les yeux fermes Merci infiniment de m avoir donner la chance d etre maman 😍

Clinica molto bella, personale accogliente e disponibile, professionale e molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni. Ambiente molto familiare. Ottima la comunicazione via mail, sempre reattiva e sensibile. I really have great experience with Vitanova. Every question and concern have been answered and in timely manner, unlike other clinics. Only one information that I was not informed in advanced when doing the transfer. We have to pay one year storage for the sperm (even it was used during the transfer). But we can, of course, store the remaining sperm (if any) with this payment. Although, I haven't succeeded yet with IVF journey but I am in good care by Vitanova :)

Un grand moment pour moi célibataire et seule ce jour là ne parlant que francais la secrétaire m’a accompagnée du début jusqu’à la fin avec une grande gentillesse pour ma FIV avec un seul ovule et je suis l’heureuse maman d’une petite fille qui est mon plus grand bonheur pourtant un grand spécialiste français m’a dit (vous avez que 5 % de chance de tomber enceinte je vous accompagne pas dans votre projet) et je me suis dirigé vers VITANOVA avec qui j’ai eu une grande écoute et qu’il ont cru  en moi et grâce à eu je  tiens ma petite fille dans mes bras un Grand Merci

I just had my first IVF and it worked! I felt all the time in very good hands and every call and email has been answered shortly. My situation was not easy because I had a liver transplant just 32 months ago, so I knew I am a high risk and need a good care. Everyone was very kind and nice. I give "just" 4 stars because of the costs. Not that they dont inform you, but you cant imagine all costs at the beginning before you plan. Also I used donor sperm from a sperm bank in Copenhagen, because I wanted some information and choose the father not just eyecolor and hair. And even if the sperm has been handled there for 2-3 days I had to pay around 200 Euro for the whole year. But at least I am the happiest person at the moment.

I recommend this clinic to all families who embroider a pregnancy.  Kindness, professionalism and attention to the patient both remotely and on site.  It was an extremely positive experience, thanks to Vitanova I am pregnant and I am making my dream come true.

Une clinique où l'incompétence et la non considération de l'être humain règnent en maître. Vous paierez très cher pour un service médiocre. Fuyez. Incompetence is the law in this clinic. They don't consider you as a human being but as a cash machine. Very expensive for poor results. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Mir behagte das freundliche, gleichzeitig aber professionelle Klima sehr. Es ist eine sehr spezielle, emotionale Situation, die dort aber völlig natürlich wirkt. Mein Traum ist so wahr geworden und inzwischen ein knapp zwei Jahre alter Lieblingsmensch. Erfolg kann keiner garantieren, aber den Versuch dort zu starten, kann ich nur empfehlen.
